About Us
We serve connection, not just food.
Family, neighbors, and this community
Nori is family-owned. We opened in 2020 and put down roots in northern St. Johns County on purpose — this is where we live, where our kids go to school, and where we want to grow old saying hello to familiar faces.
The same people who cheer on local teams, work long weeks, and celebrate little victories are the people we cook for. When you’re here, you’re not a profile or a ticket number; you’re someone we’re glad walked through the door.
How we want you to feel
Hospitality is why we unlock the lights every morning. We care about the welcome — the pause at the door, the seat that fits your group, the nod that says we’ve got you.
In one space you’ll find a sushi bar to watch the craft up close, a bar for catching up, and a dining room for settling in with the people you brought (or the ones you met along the way). Same night, different moods — all under one roof.
Our kitchen treats ingredients with respect because that’s how you show love to the person who’s about to eat. No rush, no pretense — just warmth, flavor, and a team that genuinely likes taking care of people.
A table worth gathering around
We believe the best meals aren’t loud speeches — they’re laughter across the table, someone trying something new, and “we should do this again soon.” Nori exists to make those nights easy to plan and hard to forget.
We bring sushi, hibachi, and Asian fusion together so you don’t have to choose a single lane. Japanese, Thai, Indonesian, Korean, and the flavors in between — meant to share, mix, and match however your crew likes to eat.
Whether it’s a quick bite after practice, a long-overdue date, or everyone’s favorite roll on the same platter, we’re here for it. We serve connection, not just food.
